Parkell's MACH-2® Die Silicone / Dental Impression Material is a fast-setting, highly flowable, and incredibly accurate dental impression material. This ultra-low viscosity material is classified as an addition-reaction silicone, also known as an A-Silicone, a polyvinyl siloxane (PVS), or a vinyl polysiloxane (VPS). It is designed for use in a variety of dental procedures, including the fabrication and repair of dental restorations and prostheses.
The MACH-2 material comes in a dual-barrel, split cartridge, which is designed to be used with the DS-50 (1:1, 2:1) dispensing gun. Once set, the material has a final durometer over 90 (Shore A), making it hard but slightly flexible. This unique combination of properties ensures that the final model or die produced by MACH-2 is incredibly accurate and durable.
MACH-2 is ideal for use in a variety of dental procedures, including the fabrication of permanent indirect resin inlays, onlays, and veneers, provisional restorations, resin and fiber-reinforced splints, bleaching trays, and the repair of removable prosthetic and orthodontic appliances. It can also be used as a wash impression material inside a high-viscosity VPS tray matrix, providing even greater versatility and accuracy in dental procedures.
Parkell's MACH-2® Die Silicone / Dental Impression Material is a high-quality, reliable, and versatile choice for dental professionals who require a fast-setting, highly flowable, and incredibly accurate impression material. It is designed to be easy to use, highly accurate, and incredibly durable, making it an essential item in any dental office.
