Credit card payment required.
Products may be purchased in any quantity and combination.
All products have minimum of 12 months expiry.
No shipping charge for orders exceeding $200*
Orders up to $200 will be charged $10 shipping & handling.
Prices are subject to a change without notice.
All orders are being shipped by ground service and the average delivery period is 3-5 business days
Faster shipping methods are available upon request and are subject to additional charge
Orders received before 15:00 (EST) will be processed the same day.
Return policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery in an unopened original packaging.
All returns must obtain return authorization first.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on.
Incomplete returns will not be honored and items will not be reshipped to customer!
Due to the past pandemic and circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you by phone or email for permission to ship items 9 months or less expiry.
· Any disputes on incomplete/ wrong/ defective orders must be made within 48 Hrs. of delivery!
APPLICABLE LAW
1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the Ontario provincial laws.
2. Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the provisions of this contract requires the parties to come together and to try and find an amicable solution to their dispute, before applying to the competent court.
IN CASE OF DISPUTE, THE ISSUE SHALL BE BROUGHT BEFORE THE COURT IN RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO.
