Shipping Policy
All products have a minimum of 10 months expiry. We will notify you by phone or email for permission to ship items with 10 months or less until expiry.
No shipping charge for orders exceeding $150 (heavy-weight items, like liquids, etc., will be charged extra).
Orders up to $150 (before tax) will be charged a $10 shipping & handling fee (heavy-weight items, like liquids, etc., will be charged extra).

All orders are shipped by ground service, and the average delivery period is 3-5 business days.
Faster shipping methods are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
We ship with UPS or FedEx throughout Canada.
Orders require 1-2 business days to be prepared for shipping.
Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery in an unopened original packaging.
All returns must obtain return authorization first.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on.
Incomplete returns will not be honored and items will not be reshipped to customer!
· Any disputes on incomplete/ wrong/ defective orders must be made within 48 Hrs. of delivery!
